Related amendment to Wholesome Meat and Fish Act
The Wholesome Meat and Fish Act (Cap. 349A, 2000 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “under this Act or the rules” in the following provisions, the words “or by the Authority under Part IIA of the Sale of Food Act (Cap. 283)”:Sections 8(1)(b)(iii) and 14(1)(b)(iii).
