Clause 76

Interface with other laws

(1)

This Act does not apply to any railway that is the subject of regulation under the following written laws:

(a)

the Railways Act (Cap. 263);

(b)

the Rapid Transit Systems Act (Cap. 263A).

(2)

Nothing in this Act affects any power of the LTA to construct and maintain any street, road structure or road related facility under the Street Works Act (Cap. 320A).
