Amendment of section 9
Section 9 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “and” at the end of paragraph (a); and
(b)
by deleting the full‑stop at the end of paragraph (b) and substituting the word “; and”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(c)a court must not make an order under section 211D of the Companies Act in relation to any disposition of property pursuant to a transfer order.”.
