Amendment of section 7
Section 7 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “rules” in subsection (1) and the section heading and substituting in each case the word “Rules”;
(b)
by deleting the word “settlement” in subsection (1)(b) and substituting the words “netting or settlement”;
(c)
by deleting the word “Government” in subsection (1)(c); and
(d)
by deleting the words “transfer or settlement” wherever they appear in subsection (2) and substituting in each case the words “transfer, netting or settlement”.
