Short title and commencement
This Act is the Road Traffic (Amendment) Act 2017 and, except for section 2, comes into operation on a date that the Minister charged with the responsibility for land transport appoints by notification in the Gazette.(2) Section 2 is deemed to have come into operation on 22 January 2016.
