Amendment of section 131

Section 131 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “this Act” in subsections (1)(a), (b) and (c) and (2), the words “or the rules”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “3 months” in subsection (2)(a), the words “or to both”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “6 months” in subsection (2)(b), the words “or to both”.
