Amendment of Third Schedule
The Third Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting “, 34” in item 3 of Part I; and
(b)
by deleting item 5 of Part II and substituting the following item:“5.Rules 4(2), 7(1) and (5), 8(1) and (2) and 13(1) of the Road Traffic (Electronic Road Pricing System) Rules 2015 (G.N. No. S 226/2015).”.
