Clause 22

Amendment of section 35

Section 35 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “financial transactions and the state of affairs” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “financial position and performance”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “registered” in subsection (5).
