Clause 34

Amendment of section 61

Section 61 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “for that year” in subsection (2)(e), the words “, and such other documents as the Registrar may direct”; and

(b)

by deleting the word “manager” wherever it appears in subsection (4) and substituting in each case the words “chief executive officer”.
