Section 62(4) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “Minutes of committee meetings shall be recorded by the secretary in the minute book” and substituting the words “Minutes of every meeting of the committee of management must be recorded by the secretary in the minute book within 60 days after the date on which the meeting is held,”.
