Amendment of section 93
Section 93(3) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “financial” wherever it appears in paragraph (b); and
(b)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (c), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraphs:“(ca)with respect to the prudential requirements to be met by a credit society;
(cb)to require a society to engage, for the purposes of preparing the books and accounts of the society in one or more financial years, a person who is chosen by the society and is approved by the Registrar in writing; or”.
