Clause 57

Amendment of section 97

Section 97 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “by general or special order”, the words “in the Gazette and subject to such conditions (if any) as the Minister may impose”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “with effect from” and substituting the words “starting on”.
