Clause 58

Repeal and re-enactment of section 97A

Section 97A of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“General exemption97A. Despite anything in this Act, the Minister may, by order in the Gazette and subject to such conditions (if any) as the Minister may impose, exempt any person or class of persons from any of the provisions of this Act or the Rules.”.
