Saving and transitional provisions
(1)
Despite section 2(a), section 14(4)(c) of the Patents Act as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 2(a) continues to apply to or in relation to any application for a patent the date of filing of which is before that date.
(2)
Section 2(b), (c) and (e) does not apply to any disclosure of matter constituting an invention, made to the public before the date of commencement of section 2(b), (c) and (e).
(3)
Section 2(d) does not apply to or in relation to any application for a patent the date of filing of which is before the date of commencement of section 2(d).
