Clause 34

Notice of cessation of engagement

(1)

A licensee must notify the Chief Licensing Officer of the cessation of the engagement of any individual to provide any educational service at the licensee’s early childhood development centre.

(2)

A notification under subsection (1) must be made to the Chief Licensing Officer not later than the prescribed time after the cessation of the engagement of the individual.
