General exemption
(1)
The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or any class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act, subject to such terms or conditions as may be specified in the order.
(2)
An order under subsection (1) may provide for the exemption of any person in respect of any early childhood development centre or any class of early childhood development centres.
