Saving and transitional provisions
(1)
To avoid doubt, section 12 applies to and in relation to any architectural services supplied, or offered before, on or after the date of commencement of that section.
(2)
Any foreign architect from any country or territory outside Singapore who, immediately before the date of commencement of section 14(e), is recognised as a person who may engage in the practice of architecture in Singapore under any scheme administered by the Board, is treated as registered under section 15(2A) of the Architects Act.
(3)
Any registered architect who, immediately before the date of commencement of section 15, is recognised as a person who may engage in the practice of architecture in any country or territory outside Singapore under any scheme administered by the Board, is treated as recognised under section 15A(2) of the Architects Act.
