Amendment of section 4A
Section 4A of the Architects Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “for not more than 2 consecutive terms” in subsection (3); and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (3), the following subsection:“(3A) However, a person is ineligible for re‑election to office as a member under subsection (1)(c) if the re‑election would result in the person holding office as a member for 3 consecutive terms.”.
