by deleting the words “for not more than 2 consecutive terms” in subsection (2); and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) However, a person is ineligible for re‑election as the President under subsection (1) if the re‑election would result in the person holding office as the President for 3 consecutive terms.”.
