Amendment of section 18
Section 18(1) of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “The functions” and substituting the words “Subject to sections 21A and 21B, the functions”;
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “within the Town” in paragraph (a), the words “for the benefit of the residents of those housing estates”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “any written law” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “this Act”.
