Amendment of section 32
Section 32 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or any other Act vested in the Town Council” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “(except a restricted power)”;
(b)
by deleting the words “or any other Act” in subsection (3); and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after subsection (4), the following subsection:“(5) In this section, a restricted power is the power of a Town Council under this Act to make by‑laws, and the power of delegation conferred by this section.”.
