Amendment of section 31

Section 31 of the Films Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “of not less than $2,000 but not more than” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “not exceeding”;

(b)

by deleting the words “of not less than $10,000 but not more than” in subsection (2)(a) and substituting the words “not exceeding”;

(c)

by deleting the words “of not less than $20,000 but not more than” in subsection (2)(b) and substituting the words “not exceeding”; and

(d)

by deleting the word “printed” in the definition of “advertising poster” in subsection (3).
