Amendment of section 35

Section 35 of the Films Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the possession” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2), the word “, exhibition”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “or who” in subsection (2), the words “exhibits or”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “possession” in the section heading, the word “, exhibition”.
