Clause 26

Paragraph 1 of the First Schedule to the Public Entertainments Act (Cap. 257, 2001 Ed.) is amended by deleting paragraph (d) of the definition of “film” and substituting the following paragraph:“(d)any other form of recording from which a moving visual image, including a computer generated image, can be produced and viewed (together with its soundtrack);”.
