Clause 53

The Minister may make regulations necessary or convenient to be prescribed for carrying out or giving effect to this Act, including transitional and saving provisions as the Minister considers necessary or expedient.

All regulations made under this section must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
