Clause 13

Amendment of section 25A

Section 25A(1) of the CAAS Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “by or under” in paragraph (b), the words “section 46A or 87A or”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (b), the following paragraph:“(ba)all contributions by the Authority to the Changi Airport Development Fund, out of the excess of the revenue over expenditure of the Authority in any financial year;”.
