Amendment of section 69
Section 69(1) of the CAAS Act is amended by deleting paragraphs (a) and (b) and substituting the following paragraphs:“(a)an aircraft at an airport is —
(i)
in a state of disrepair; and
(ii)
interfering, or is likely to interfere, with the operation of the airport; or
(b)
an aircraft at an airport is apparently abandoned,”.
