Clause 23

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (e) of subsection (2), the following paragraph:“(ea)the procedure for appeals against the decision of a slots coordinator or schedules facilitator under section 71J or 71K, respectively;”; and

by deleting the words “$10,000 or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years” in subsection (3) and substituting the words “$100,000 or with imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years”.
