The Second Schedule to the CAAS Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 3C, the following paragraph:“3D. To develop and issue appropriate, clear and concise standards, codes or other documents for the purpose of providing practical guidance or certainty to, or otherwise relating to airport capacity management under Part VIA.”.
