Amendment of section 13

Section 13 of the Air Navigation Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the definitions of “aviation safety issue”, “designated person” and “voluntary reporting rules”; and

(b)

by deleting the semi-colon at the end of the definition of “State of Manufacture” and substituting a full-stop.
