Amendment of Second Schedule

The Second Schedule to the Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting the Schedule reference and substituting the following Schedule reference:“Sections 159(1) and 211A(1)(b)”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 3, the following item:“3A.Casino Control Act (Cap. 33A)”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after item 12, the following item:“12A.Moneylenders Act (Cap. 188)”;

(d)

by inserting, immediately after item 16, the following items:“16A.Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 241)16B.Prevention of Human Trafficking Act 2014 (Act 45 of 2014)”; and

(e)

by inserting, immediately after item 20, the following item:“20A.Remote Gambling Act 2014 (Act 34 of 2014)”.
