Amendment of section 62
Section 62 of the Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or in any visiting force lawfully present in Singapore”; and
(b)
by deleting the words “of any of the Singapore Armed Forces or of any visiting force lawfully present in Singapore” in paragraph (d) and substituting the words “of the Singapore Armed Forces”.
