Repeal and re-enactment of Third Schedule
(1)
The Third Schedule to the Code is repealed.
(2)
The Code is amended by inserting, immediately after the Second Schedule, the following Schedule:“THIRD SCHEDULESections 22(5) and 23(3B)OFFENCES FOR WHICH STATEMENTS MUST BE RECORDED IN FORM OF AUDIOVISUAL RECORDING1.Section 375(1)(a) of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).”.
