New Sixth Schedule
The Code is amended by inserting, immediately after the Fifth Schedule, the following Schedule:“SIXTH SCHEDULESection 149AOFFENCES IN RESPECT OF WHICH DEFERRED PROSECUTION AGREEMENTS MAY BE ENTERED INTO1.Any offence under section 39, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 48C, 48E, 48F, 48I, 48J or 48K of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act (Cap. 65A).2.Any offence under section 59, read with section 39, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 48C, 48E, 48F, 48I, 48J or 48K, of the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) Act.3.Any offence under section 27B(2) of the Monetary Authority of Singapore Act (Cap. 186).4.Any offence under section 411 or 477A of the Penal Code (Cap. 224).5.Any offence under section 5, 6, 10 or 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 241).6.Any offence under section 82, 204, 212 or 221 of the Securities and Futures Act (Cap. 289).7.Any offence under section 331, read with section 82, 204, 212 or 221, of the Securities and Futures Act.8.Any offence of attempting to commit, abetting the commission of, or being a party to a criminal conspiracy to commit, any other offence specified in this Schedule.”.
