Miscellaneous amendments

The Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “punishable with a fine only” in sections 8(1) and 11(10) and substituting in each case the words “a fine‑only offence”;

(b)

by deleting the words “an offence punishable with a fine only” in section 118 and substituting the words “a fine‑only offence”; and

(c)

by deleting the section heading of section 118 and substituting the following section heading:“Service for fine-only offence”.
