Clause 124

Section 32(7) of the Evidence Act (Cap. 97, 1997 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “Division 2 of Part X of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010”, the words “as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 47 of the Criminal Justice Reform Act 2018”.
