Amendment of section 7

Section 7 of the Code is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “punishable with a fine only” in subsection (1)(a) and substituting the words “a fine‑only offence”;

(b)

by deleting paragraph (b) of subsection (1); and

(c)

by deleting the words “and (b)” in subsection (2).
