Amendment of section 215
Section 215(1) of the Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “the accused does not indicate that he” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “the defence does not indicate that the accused”;
(b)
by deleting the word “him” in paragraph (a) and substituting the words “the accused”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “the accused indicates that he” in paragraph (b) and substituting the words “the defence indicates that the accused”.
