Clause 8

by deleting paragraph (a) of subsection (1) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)the court has reason to believe that a person who has been or may be issued an order under section 20(1), (1A), (3) or (3A), or a summons under section 235(1), would not produce any document or other thing (including data), or a copy of the document or thing, as required by the order or summons;”; and

by deleting the words “a document” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “any document or other thing (including data), or any copy of the document or thing,”.
