Amendment of section 297
Section 297 of the Code is amended by deleting the words “at a committal hearing” and substituting the words “, at a committal hearing under Division 2 of Part X as in force immediately before the date of commencement of section 47 of the Criminal Justice Reform Act 2018,”.
