Clause 95

by deleting the words “order that person to pay a sum to be fixed by the court by way of costs of his prosecution” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “make an order for costs, of an amount fixed by the court, to be paid by the person to any other party to the proceedings in which the person is convicted of the offence”; and

by deleting the words “of prosecution against accused” in the section heading and substituting the words “by accused”.
