Amendment of section 36T
Section 36T of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “section 36S(8)(a)(ii)” in subsections (1) and (2)(a), “, (8A)(b)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “the foreign lawyer” wherever they appear in subsections (1), (3)(b)(ii) and (5)(b)(i)(A), the words “or law expert”.
