Amendment of section 90

Section 90(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)a president, who —

(i)

is a Senior Judge of the Supreme Court;

(ii)

has at any time held office as a Judge of the Supreme Court or Judicial Commissioner of the Supreme Court; or

(iii)

is an advocate and solicitor who is a Senior Counsel; and”.
