Clause 18

Division of Act into Parts

The principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately above section 1, the following Part heading:“PART 1PRELIMINARY”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately above section 4, the following Part heading:“PART 2PARKING PLACES”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately above section 10, the following Part heading:“PART 5ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT”.
