Clause 3

Amendment of section 7

Section 7(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “section 10” in paragraph (f), the words “or otherwise acquired by the Board”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after paragraph (f), the following paragraph:“(fa)to make copies of any online material made available on a Singapore website, at the times and in the manner the Board considers appropriate;”.
