Amendment of section 35

Section 35(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “amount of fines that may be levied” in paragraph (g) and substituting the word “charges”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “such fines” in paragraph (g) and substituting the words “such charges”.
