Clause 36
Amendment of Sixth Schedule
The Sixth Schedule to the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “, except that the first financial year of the PPF Life Fund and the PPF General Fund shall begin on the effective date appointed under section 46(5) and end on 31st March of the following year” in paragraph 1(2);
(b)
by deleting paragraph 3 and substituting the following paragraph:“Auditor
3. The accounts must be audited by such auditor as may be appointed annually by the Agency.”; and
(c)
by deleting paragraph 12.
