Amendment of section 21
Section 21(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(aa)a DI Scheme member is wound up voluntarily under the Companies Act or under the law of a country or territory outside Singapore; or”.
