Amendment of section 140EB

Section 140EB of the Copyright Act, as inserted by section 4, is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “objector” wherever it appears in subsection (1) and substituting in each case the word “requestor”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “import” in subsection (1), the words “or proposed export (as the case may be)”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “import” in the section heading, the words “or export”.
