Amendment of section 140I

Section 140I of the Copyright Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “importation of seized copies” in subsection (1), the words “or by the making of seized copies”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “importer” in subsection (4)(a) and (b), the words “or exporter (as the case may be)”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the word “importation” in subsection (7)(a), the words “or making”; and

(d)

by deleting the word “objector” in subsection (7) and substituting the word “requestor”.
